He said the feeling was that if Prestwick should decide to incorporate “their tendency would be toward Frankfort.Biel said Prestwick families already are a part of the Frankfortcommunity.Their children go to our schools; they go to our churches,” he said. Prestwick residents also pay Will County taxes.
