Larceny, Assault and DrunkAlbert Thompson was arraigned in Squire 'feasford’s court Monday, on complaint of Eli Robb, charged with intoxication, assault and grand larceny. He plead guilty to the first two charges and was assessed fine and cost to the vnn of $27. In the last charge lie^was placed under bond to appear in the circuit court. As he wa| unable to either pa\r the fines or give bond he was taken to Princeton and jnit in the county jail.It appears that Sunday morning Thompson got full and raised a quarrel with Mrs:' Hattie Bailey, Mr. Robb’s daughter, and struck at her with a chair, and no doubt would have done her serious injuries had not some one caught the chair. He then left the house and shortly after, a gold watch valued at fiftydollars was missing. Thompson had been employed by Mr. Robb for about a month and 011 Monday came back foi wages due him when he was arrested by marshals, Frank Montgomery of this place and Ed Gudgel of Cvnthiana.
