County Eischth Orade Examination.A commendable interest has been shown this year in the examination for common school diplomas. 41) applicants representing 13 different schools have taken all the examination while OOothur pupils have taken part for “hold over gradee.Pupils have placed to their credit for next year all gradee of 86 or above. They have the privilege of taking the examination in the same branches next year and credit will be given for any advance in grades. 30 pupils of the seventh grude and 17 of the eighth grade have made the required 85 per cent in one or more branches.Two examinations were held.
