Margaret Clegg beloved wife ot Wesley Grummett departed this life about nine o’clock Tuesday morning 26th .May, aged 49 years 1 1 months, 20 days. Her death was not unexpected as of late years, she had been much afflicted, but amid all her suffering, she was remarkable for her cheerfulness and patience, Her kindly thought for those around her and her interest in life and in the Methodist church of which she was a lively, consistent member. Hot daily life was the evidence of sincerity of purpose and her testimony of the power of Saving Grace was always clear and convincing. To her pastor she seid. ‘It is good to trust in the Lord.’ Her loss will be severely felt by her husband who will mi* he kind and loving counsel, making her a companion indeed, and by her son and daughter who are left to cherish “fond memories of Mother.’’ She was loved by aB who knew' her and will be greatly missed by a large circle of friends. The funeral took place from the Methodist church, and the respect,in which she and her family are held, was shown by the number ©f people gathered to pay their last 1 respects to our dear departedI sister.—Com.
