Jr, who with hisfather Abraham Rabon, Sr , was convictedat the Spring Term of the Court in 1850 clHorry Court House of the murder of Wil-lm Rabon, and who had the execution of hissentence respited until the 6th of this month,i\v*U on Friday next at Conway boro expiate ;,jjhiaeflcnccon the gallows Ho is a youngman not yet twenty years old, and it washoped by many that the Governor wouldhave regarded his case as one, where executive clemency could be properly exercised. Strong efforts were made to save hislife, but his Excellency did not think hevcould consistently with his duty grant his lt;pardon. His father who was convicted at f I the same time, has been pardoned and is J tnow out of prison.
