UPPER ADAMS ALL-STARS South 13, North 4 Upper Adams Babe Ruth league held its All-Star games Saturday in Cashtown, All-Star players were divded into North and South divisions. The following players made up the 3-year-old North tear: Evan Moore, Braeden Eastman, Matt Leedy (Upper Adams Lions), Billy Denerlein, Brock Grim, O’ Rian Kelly (Klinefelters Electric); Shay Shive, Milton Asper, Eric Pele (Gastleys Moving), Colton Petersen, Seth Hewitt (Mets). The 13-year-old South team consisted of: Jake Kern, Bobby Potts Chris Carr (Amvets); Mike Topper, Dusty Alexander (Braves); Travis Garman, Jarrett Boyle (Fairfield Rec.), Mike Irvin, Chris Kimple, Luke Gassman (Pirates). The 13 year old South team erupted with seven runs in the fourth inning en route a 13-4 vic tory of the North. Jake Kern led the South, going 3-for-4 with a triple, double, two RBI and three runs scored, South 12, North 10 John Woodward highlighted 14 and 15 year old South play, going 3-for-3 with three RBI to help the South overcome the North Saturday. Travis Kuykendall went 3-for- 3 for the North, adding a triple, three runs and two RBI. SOUTH ADAMS Littlestown Pirates Littlestown Marlins 7 Matt Coppersmith hammered a grand slam home run and Greg Conover hit a two-run home run to lead the Pirates Saturday. Brandon Shiloh recorded two 15 RBI for the Pirates. The Pirates out-hit the Marlins 18-13 and eight Pirates logged RBI. ADAMS CUMBERLAND East Berlin 5, Lake Meade 1 The East Berlin Mets defeated the Lake Meade Braves in an 11- 2 year old game Thursday. Joe Smith topped Mets play, going 2-for-2 and scoring twice. Justin Nell finished 3-for-3 for the Mets Ryan, Lake Me Jenkins ‘ade, went 2-for-2 for GETTYSBURG TEENER LEAGUE Elks 14. SAL 9 Elks collected eight runs in the third inning, to help boost them past SAL Saturday. Tyler Swinn went 3-for-4 with two RBI and a double for Elks.
