SALT LAKE CITY, June 3 Wn —A hearing on the petition of creditors of the Salt Lake Utah (Orem) Railroad for sale of the road, will be heard in federal court July 20, Judge Tillman Johnson ruled today. Creditors are the Walker Bank and Trust company and the Re construction Finance corporation. ROSS AT SANITARIUM SAVA HOT SPRINGS, Idaho, June 30hR+—C. Ben Ross, former Idaho governor, was taking treat ment for a nervous condition in his right arm at the sanitarium here. _. He planned_to return to Boise later today.
