The Lady Mayoress (Mrs. J. W. Greene) entertained her lady helpers at her stall at the Government House fete ats very enjoyable party as an appre ciation of their assistance at her stall. Musical and elocutionary numbers were contributed by Misses Gertrude Anderson, Una Bick, Francis Byford, Bessie Fallon, and Edna Keane. An interesting competition, arranged by Miss Blanche Hogberg, was enjoyed. The guests included Mesdames Faulk ner, Jt, Paine, G. Vickers, J. G. Bock, Turner, H. Moore, S. E. Tragill, and J. M'Leod Pike, Misses Gertrude Ander son, Margaret Anderson, Eunice Ben nett, Una Bick, Frances Byford, Jean Clark, Joyce Debnam, Gladys Doolan, Mabel Doolan, Bessie Fallon, Victoria Faulkner, Verna Flack, Erica Francis, Lucia Gray, Elva Helgeson, Blanche Hogberg, Hazel Illingworth, Edna Keane, Marjorie Larcombe, Dorothy Mirls, Violet Nichols, Jean Ogilvie, Marjorie Sandover, Ethel Shaw, Lilian Sfield, Stella Smith, Madge Standen, Lilian Stratford, Evlyn Trentfield, Con nie Weyman, and Marie Young.
