A pretty wedding took place in St. Andrew's Church, Fogo on April 4th, when Mr. James Barnes was united to Miss Martha Cull the ceremony being performed by Rev. J. T. Hiscock. An enjoyable evening was spent by many fri ends. Wesleyville Methodist Church was the scene of a pretty wedding January 25th when Miss Anastatie Andrews, daughter of Mr. K. An drews and Mr. Samuel Gasfield Ford were married by Rev. R. H. Mercer. Over 100 sat down to a bountiful supper at the groom's home. Catalina F.P.A. reports a big suc cess at the annual parade in March. The Orange Hall was pack ed when the meeting was called to order. The people of Winter House Cove want a teacher sent just as soon as possible. Amherst Cove reports the sad death of Private Rance F. Benger, a War Veteran who was wounded in 1916, which wound eventually causing his death. He was a prom inent member of the S.A.F.
