Izzo, owner of the three story building at 4215 North, will seek a certificate allowing the Parkway Auto Supply of 3839 North to operate an auto accessory shop in his building.The site is zoned B3-1 general retail, and was previously occupied by a picture framing manufacturer, t h e petition states.Morton Gooze, Lincolnwood, will appeal for an allowance of a certificate for an electrical contractor’s office at 1746 N. Richmond. The site is zoned R3 general residence.In his application Gooze relates the one story brick building was formerly occupied by the Irving Beverage Co. that had 20 employes, and operated 11 trucks.The new operation, G. and M. Electrical Contractors, would have only nine employees and three trucks.The site is zoned R3 general residence.
