Fatal Accident.—Wm. E. Chapin, formerly of Springfield, lately of Hartford, conductor on the II. N. H. It. It. fell from a gravel train in motion at New Haven cn Wednesday forenooo, and wai dragged about fifty feet and instantly killed. He was 28 years old, and unmarried—the son of Mr* Prosser of Bloomfield, by a former marriage.
