Th* R. W. McRae.—Capt. Leu Moore liaa withdrawn this Ouachita favorite, for the present, and in ber stead placed the elegant, fleet and light draught steamer Red Chief, for the summer and fall trade. This arrangement will meet with the approbation of passengers and shippers on the Ouachita, as the Red Chief is the boat, exactly, for the business, and the former officers of the McRae are the men to have charge of her. Mr. G. P. Work, who was the efficient assistant clerk on the McRae, we notice has charge of the cffioe on the new boat. We thank him for the papers left us on Saturday
