8 more dead in PhilippinesMANILA, The Philippines (UPII — The Philippine Red Cross yesterday reported eight more fatalities in the disastrous floods spawned by Typhoon Olga, bringing the overall death toll to 211.Seven of the fatalities had been buried alive in landslides.
