The second annual Gradua tion Exercises of the Bemidji Area Vocational - Technical School will take place on Tue sday, June 4, at 8:00 p.m. in the Bemidji Senior High School Au ditorium. A reception for graduates, families, and friends will fol low the ceremonies. This will be held in the Student Activity Center at the school which is located on Roosevelt Road and Grant Avene in Nymore. The speaker for the occasion will be Harvey M. King of Min neapolis. He is well known to many area citizens having ap peared at athletic and church youth activity events. Ring, a graduate of the University of Minnesota is in the school sup ply business with two of his sons. He was a member of three national championship football teams as a quarterback of the University of Minnesota teams of 1934-36. Mr. Ring served four years in the United States Navy during World War II, Le. Col. John Glenn was one of his first cadets.
