PARTITION SALE HORACE GONBOULIN Was No. 5606 EDMOND GONSOULIN, State of Louvielann, Parish of Iberia, 10th Judicial District Court. Notice is hereby given that by virtue of an order eminating from the above Hon. Court and to me directed, 1, George Henderson, Sherif, through Frank J Measlayer, Deputy Sheriff, will offer for sale and will well at Public Auction, POR CASH, to effect a partition between above sainti ® and defendant at the QOourt loase at New Iberia, La., between legal hours on Saturday, July 6th, 1972, the following described property to wit: A certain tract of land in Iberia Parish measuring about thirty arpents, more or lens, bounded on the north by Antoine Gencoulin, on the south by Provost Castillio, on the east by Gabriel Genaou lin and on the west by Horace Gonsoulin, being the same property acquired by Jaintin’ and defendant by inheritance rom their deceased father and mother, Homer Gonsoulin and Odille Prince, by judgment of Court placing them in pos session of the 26th day of March 1011, to the matter of succession of Romer Gon soulin and his wife Odile Prine, both deceased No.—of the Probate Docket of the Court for Iberia Parish, and also The undivided half of a residence situated on the land of Antonie Gonsoulin. The undivided half of a boggy situated on the land of Antonie Gonavulin. The undivided half of an old cabin on the land of Antonie Gonsoulin. The undivided half in a pile of old lumber situated on the land of Antonie Gonsoulin. The undivided one half in old corn crib on the land of Antonie Gonsoulin. Also one hundred barrel of corn.
