Circuit Court, Detruar, May 30—Circuit court convened here Monday, and the following business has been trans acted. A divorce was granted to Estella A Cripe from Daniel E. Cripe, and she was given custody of child. Joseph E. Clingenpeel was grant ed a divorce from his wife, Laura M. Clingenpeel, on the charge of cruel treatment. The claim of Margaret Knettle, against the estate of her father, Jacob Knettle, for $14,000, for ser vices rendered her father as his housekeeper for many years, was settled by agreement, all the heirs being present in court, at the sum of 310,000 dune 18, has been set for the hearing of the case of Craven Smith, administrator of the estate of the late Wyckliffe Smith, against the Wabash Railway Co. Most of the time has been occu pied in setting cases and claims for hearing, and routine matters of probata.
