He was pouring: some hot iron into a mould when it suddenly burst, throwing the hot metal over bis hands and face. He was badly burned about the lace, both eyes being burned. He was immedi* ately removed to his hotSe and Ovary* thing that was possible done td relievethe pam. It was at first thohgbt that ho would lose the use of both eyes, but this morning one was opened and the sight found to be uuimpaired. He still suffers considerable pain, jaut it is thought that he will get along all right.
