Thursday, July 26 Day Shift Edward Morris, 25, of 604 Texas Ave. was incarcerated in Otero County, Detention Center to serve 48 hours pursuant to a Municipal Court Judgment and Sentence order. Isabel Telles, 22, of 1818 Wash ington Ave. was arrested pursuant to a Municipal Court bench warrant for failure to appear or pay citation. Telles was released to the custody of Municipal Court for immediate appearance. Mary F. Granados, 31, of 1615 Teresa Lane was arrested pursuant to a Municipal Court arrest warrant for issuing a worthless check. Granados was released on an unse cured appearance bond pending appearance in Municipal Court. A woman on the 1100 block of Ohio reported that unknown per son(s) attempted to force entry to the building through the glass of the rear door. No suspect(s) have developed and entry to the building was not gained. A woman on the 2900 block of Hopi, reported that sometime with in the past two weeks, unknown person(s) wrote graffiti using white colored spray paint on the rear cin der block wall as well as three steel traffic diversion poles in the alley way. The writing was not legible. Robert Golightly, 51, of no known residence, was arrested pur suant to a Municipal Court bench warrant for failure to pay fines or costs. Golightly was already incar cerated in OCDC and his bond was increased $1000 pending appear ance in Municipal Court. Erika Estrada, 18, of 409 Delaware Ave. was arrested pur suant to a Municipal Court bench warrant for contempt of Court, $1000 bond. She was also charged with three counts of malicious use of the telephone after she reported ly sent three text messages to another subject using profane and threatening language. Ms. Estrada was incarcerated into OCDC in lieu of $2,500.00 total bond pend ing appearance in Municipal Court. A man on the 1600 block of Ninth Street, reported that unknown person(s) unlawfully removed a 1980 gray colored Chevrolet SUV pickup truck bear ing a demonstration permit, No. 2378 from the lot of the business. The vehicle was entered into National Crime Information Cen ter. No suspect(s) have developed. Michael Curtis, 20, of 20736 U.S. Highway 70 West, was issued a non-traffic citation for criminal damage to property. Night Shift Candace Wilcox, 33, of 1838 Corte Del Sol, was arrested for theft of a credit card and computer access with intent to defraud. This was because of an ongoing investi gation. Wilcox was incarcerated in OCDC to appear in Magistrate Court. Daniel Snell, 21, of 1203 Mont claire Ave., Tularosa, was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic cita tion for criminal damage to proper ty. Boyd Greenwood, 46, of 2402 Telles was issued a Magistrate Court non-traffic citation for bat tery against a household member. Friday, July 27 Day shift A man with the City of Alam ogordo facility maintenance reported criminal damage which consisted of graffiti “SOS” “420” in blue spray paint on the north wall of the pump house of the family recreation center. Alamogordo Department of Public Safety responded to several vehicle accidents in the city in which two of them resulted in injuries sustained by occupants of the vehicles. One of the accidents occurred at 10th Street and the Bypass in which a 1999 black Cadillac attempted to turn south onto the bypass pulled in front of a northbound 1981 blue Oldsmo bile. The driver of the black cadil lac sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Ger ald Champion Regional Medical Center for further evaluation. The second accident occurred at High way 70 and Walker in which a 1981 brown Chevrolet truck was west bound on highway 70 and failed to stop for a stop light. The brown truck impacted the driver side of a 2007 Lincoln SUV as it was turn ing from Walker onto Highway 70. The driver and passenger from the SUV and the driver of the brown Chevrolet truck were transported to GCRMC with non-life threatening injuries for further evaluation. Night Shift Tonya Ray Hale, 41, of 1514 Mountain View was served with a Municipal Court 48 hour commit ment order and was transported to OCDC. Raymond Lara, 34, of 709 Panorama was arrested for DWI, driving on Streets Lanes for Traffic and No Insurance. Mr. Lara was released on an unsecured bond to appear in Municipal Court. Matthew Swain, 47, of 26 Toms La La Luz was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant for Fail ure to Appear. Swain was incarcer ated into OCDC to appear in Municipal Court. Saturday, July 28 Day Shift Martin J. Gonzalez, 44, of 1511 Oregon Ave turned himself in to ADPS on a four-day Municipal Court commitment order. Mr. Gon zalez was booked into OCDC to serve the 4 day commitment. Ronald Alvarez, 54, of 1310 New York Ave was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Alvarez was booked into OCDC to appear in Municipal Court. Amanda S. Pieshe, 21, of 1004 Cauthen Lane was arrested after a disturbance investigation on two Municipal Court warrants for fail ure to pay fines. Pieshe was also issued two Municipal Court non traffic citations for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Piesche was released on an unsecured bond to appear in Municipal Court. Jean Poole, 41, of 13000 Frontage Road, Albuquerque, was arrested after a traffic stop for dri ving on a suspended/revoked license with the arrest clause and was issued additional citations for no seatbelts, and no insurance. Poole was released on an unse cured bond to appear in Municipal Court. It was reported that unknown persons broke out a window at North Elementary. Night Shift Brian Lucius, 39, of 2143 Star dust Court was issued a non-traffic citation for Shoplifting. Lucius was observed placing clothing items in a purse and trying to leave WalMart without paying for the items. Lucius is to appear in Municipal Court. Towanda Turner, 38, of 203 Plainview was issued a non-traffic citation for shoplifting. She was in the company of the above subject and found to also have placed items into her purse and attempt to leave Walmart without paying for them. Turner is to appear in Municipal Court. Emmanuel Lowell, 35, of 415 Canal No. 49 was issued a non-traf fic citation for Trespassing at Lowes Grocery where he was pre viously trespassed. Lowell is to appear in Magistrate Court. Jesus Gonzales, 46, of 1710 Teresa Lane was arrested for bat tery on a household member. Gon zales was involved in a physical altercation with his wife and struck her leaving visible signs of injury. Gonzales was incarcerated into OCDC in lieu of $1000 bond to appear in Magistrate Court. Kerissa Rivas, 26, of 3854 Tra wood was issued a non-traffic cita tion for Unreasonable Noise after officers had to respond to the above residence for additional noise com plaints. Rivas is to appear in Municipal Court. Sunday, July 29 Day Shift Jerry Morris, 62, of No. 1 High way 54/70 Owens Road, was arrested for Criminal Trespass after being found on the property of Lewes at 675 East 10th street and had been previously issued a no trespass warning. Morris was booked into OCDC to appear in Magistrate Court. A burglary was reported at a res idence located at the 2300 block of Arroyo. Unknown persons entered the residence through an unsecured window and removed an XBox 360 from the enclosed patio area and later reported the possible theft of several unknown weapons from the garage. The victime is gather ing further information on the stolen items. A man on the 1200 block of Catalina reported an auto burglary to his car. Ducree reported unknown persons entered his secured vehicle and removed a stereo. There were no signs of forced entry. A man on the 2400 block of Pecan reported that unknown per sons entered his secured truck while it was parked in the driveway of the residence and removed a handgun. There were no signs of forced entry. A woman on the 1200 block of Canyon reported unknown person broke the right rear window to her vehicle while it was parked in front of the residence. No known sus pects at this time. A woman on the 800 block of reported that unknown suspects removed a bike from the porch. Justin Ledbetter, 20 of 1512 Hawaii was arrested on Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. Ledbetter was booked into OCDC to appear in Municipal Court. Matthew Clingman, 20 of 1510 Arizona was arrested on a Magis trate Court warrant for child abuse. Clingman was booked into OCDC to appear in Magistrate Court. Jasmine Hill, 22, of 2332 Union was issued Magistrate Court non traffic citation for battery on a household member and interfer ence with telecommunications. This stemmed from a disturbance investigation on the previous day. Hill is to appear in Magistrate Court. Night Shift Jessica Cahoon, 20, of 1604 B Fourth St. was issued a Magistrate Court non-traffic citation for aban donment of a child after she had been found asleep at her residence and her 4-year-old child was found walking in the neighborhood. David Wright, 19, of 500 Uranus was arrested after a traffic stop for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was also issued a traffic citation for tail lamps on a motor vehicle. He was jailed in lieu of bond to appear in Magistrate Court. A man on the 1300 block of Fil more reported an auto burglary to his secured truck while it was parked. There was no evidence located to suggest forced entry. Missing from the vehicle is a CD player. Linda J. Wilkins, 56, of 2200 E. First St. No.1109 was arrested on a Jefferson County, Colo, warrant for larceny. She was jailed in lieu of bond awaiting extradition. Marvin Aragon, 39, of 601 Sun shine was arrested on a Magistrate Court warrant for failure to appear and a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. He was jailed in lieu of bond to appear in respective courts. Robin A. Bailey, 31, of 2705 N. Florida No. 27 was arrested for first offense DWI and mandatory use of seatbelts. She was released on an unsecured bond to appear in Munic ipal Court. Christopher Smith, 20, of 613 Madison was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for minor allowing self to be served after he was found to have been drinking. Chancelor Weisensel, 19 of 37 Alamo Canyon Road was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for fireworks prohibited and an unnamed juvenile was referred to JPPO for fireworks prohibited after they were seen by officer shooting off illegal fireworks on Camino Del Rey. He was released to a parent. John C. Jensen, 18, of 602 S. Florida No. 319 was arrested after a disturbance call for child abuse, false imprisonment and three counts of battery on a household member. He was jailed in lieu of bond to appear in Magistrate Court.
