EUSTIS STEAM LAUNDRY UNDER NEW OWNERSHIPMODERN AND UP TO DATE PLANT PURCHASED BY E. L. BAUER FOR $9,000. NEW OWNER WILL EXTEND SERVICE AND FACILITIESA sale of interest and importance was consummated Wednesday when Ervan L. Bauer purchased the Eustis Steam Laundry through the real estate offices of George R. Wheeler. It is understood the sale which was made for L. J. Taylor approximated $9,000. The laundry serves a wide field of patrons and it is stated that the new owner will put on additional delivery service and thoroughly cover Lake county and several communities in adjoining counties.The business of the laundry has been built up by the splendid work done for its patrons and the prompt delivery and the care given to each article handled. The dyeing and cleaning department is doing a splendid business and it is understood the new owner will specialize on this kind of work. Mr. Bauer will personally manage the business and Eustis will become the center of the laundry and dyeing and cleaning business of this section of the state.
