Can't Live in Town if Owners Fail to Observe Health Board Orders. Because of the complaints received regarding the keeping of pigs in the city limits, a rule has been passed by the Hospital and Health Board that all pig pens must have board floors. Not more than two pigs will be permitted on the premises at one time, and the sur roundings must be kept clean. No ac cumulation of garbage for feeding will be allowed. A violation of the order means the immediate removal of the pigs from the city limits, according to John W. Parker, chief sanitary inspec tor. If that is not done prosecution will follow. Railroad Man a Lieutenant. John Garner Royster, formerly travel ing agent for the Mobile Ohio Railroad Company, has been appointed a leuten ant in the engineer corps.
