Andy DeBoard In Trouble. We taxe the following from the Clinton County Republican. The defendant for merly resided at Owensville, this county: “Judge Savage and the jury are on in peering the case of the ttete vs. eac h. DeBoard, who is charged with malicious destruction of property. DeBoard is a sa loonkeeper in Blanchester, and it is claimed went to the place of Dan Bowers, also a saloonkeeper, and started a rough house that resulted in the breaking of a handsome late-glass mirror. Bowers had reason be lieve that DeBoard and Arthur Burns, who accompanied him, had prearranged the matter before coming to his saloon. Hence the indictment.”
