Special resolutions for liquidation and reconstruction were passed at an Extraordinary Gen- !-eral Meeting, hold on the 18th. of May last,; and con drilled at a further, meeting on the 5 th Juno last, and in conformity therewith,; a new com-, pany has been registered under the name .of The .Athabasca Gold Mine, Limited, having a capital of £100,000 in ordinary shares of £leach.I give notice that the agreement for the. transfer of the assots of the old company to the new company, which was submitted.to and approvedby the said Extraordinary General Meeting, hasnow been executed and is dated the 18th June,; 1900. Holders of Shares in the old company are entitled to claim as of right, ah allotmout of one share in,the new company, -with. 17s. per share credited as having been paid up thereon, for' every two shares held by thorn or:to wbich they were entitled in the old company, providing they , agree to pay up the balance of 3s.: per sharo on each of such new shares. ; ' ;. - v; • - • ^Shareholders registered on the books of the old company have received blanks or- forms on which to. make application for the shares to which they are entitled to apply for, and which must be received here and bo in my _ hands, together with the Is. per. share payable on applica-—Uon-not-later:fchand8thAugustvl900.^Sharenold-ers who do not make application by thisdate will lose all their interest in the company.
