Goff, Esq., appointed secretary.SFhe object of the meeting was explained to be the appointment of delegates to a Railroad Convention, to be held in the town of Buckbannon, CJpshur county, Ya„ on the 5th day of August next, to devise ways and means for an extension of the Manassas Gap Railroad to some point on the Ohio liter, and upon motion it was Resolved, That the Chairman appoint as list of not less than twenty delegates to represent the county of Harrison in said Convention.When the following gentlemen were appointed ;Hon.
