Guests from as far away as New Jersey, New York, Missouri and Georgia have discovered the fun and charm of the Triple D Guest Ranch of Tyler County near Warren. The ranch opened in March and is one of thecounty’s newest tourist attractions.The three D*s of the ranch— Mrs. Jessie E. Dixon and daughter* Betty and Donna—bought the Collier place in the Hyatt community and started w ork on improvements June 12, 1963. A new road through Lake Hyatt Estates is all-weather most of the way to the ranch.l'he Dixons are constantly improving the Triple D, and guests so far have been one source of spreading word of its accommodations. Several guests have come to the ranch on recommendation of former guests. The ranch has already made an impact on the area’s tourist business and as time goes on it will be one of the bigger tourism attractions in the Southeast Texas recreational complex.
