The county road to the ranch from Highway 69 is being improved, although it is sandy and easily traveled in most weather conditions. A new road through Lake Hyatt Estates is all-weather most of the way to the ranch.The Dixons are constantly improving the Triple D, and guests so far have been one source of spreading word of its accommodations. Several guests have come to the ranch on recommendation of former guests. The ranch has already made an impact on the area's tourist business and as time goes on it will be one of the bigger tourism attractions in the Southeast Texas recreational complex.
