MRS. ADA DELACY ALLEGIS DE ‘ SERTION AND FAILURE TO PROVIDE Alleging desertion and failure to pro vide, Mrs. Ada DeLacy filed suit for divorce from Jerome DeLacy, in the i district court yesterday. According to the complaint, the cou ple were married in Prosestt twelve years ago. Three years ago, Mrs. De Lacy alleges, her spouse deserted her, and for practically that time wheni supported herself and her eleven year, old boy by her own efforts. The husband is said to be living at Mojave, Calif. at the present time. Mrs. DeLacy asks for a decree of divorce, the rave and custody of her child, Lee DeLacy, and also the con trol of a considerable amount of prop erty, which she has acquired since her husband deserted her.
