Lafollette, Esq., bis Attorney, tiled his complaint herein, and aboan affidavit, from which it appears that a cause of action exists herein against the defendant; that said cause of action is founded upon a contract, and the defendant is not a resident of the State of Indiana.Therefore, the said Thomas S.
