Lafollette, Esq., his Attorney, tiled his complaint herein, cod also an affidavit, from which it appears that a cause 9 of action exists herein against the defendant? that said r cause of action is founded upon a contract, and the defendant is not a resident of the State of Indiana.Therefore, the said Thomas S.
