PAINTINGS entered in the 12th annual art festival, sponsored by Old Orchard Beach Art Association, were judged last night at Jordan Memorial Hall, Ocean Park. Winning first prize in the water color category, shown at left, was “Vacant,” by Frank A. Staples, Granite Point Road, Fortunes Rocks. First prize winner in oils was ‘Maine Lobster Shack,” by James O'Brien, Levittown, Pa., right.
