State of love, Jefferson County, In Dis trict Court, September Terma, 1898. To Paul McCarty, Guy McCarty, and———McCarty, his wife, Isaac McCarty, Stella V. McCarty, John W. McCarty, John J. Werninger, and Josephene Werninger, Henry L. Werninger, Louisa Werninger, Isaac McC., Werninger, and Bessie Wern inger, Susan M. Walker, and J. W.. Walker, Anna McCarty and Rosa McCarty and others. You are hereby notified that on or before the 1st day of September, 1898, there will be an file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Jefferson County, State of Iown, the petition of David McCarty, Executor of the estate of [sane McCarty, deceased, praying the Court to authorize him as such executor to sell and convey for the purpose of procuring funds to improve the form of deceased, now held by said executor in trust for certain de vises, to wit. A part of Southeast qr. of Northwest qr. See, Thirty-two (32) ‘Township Seventy-three (73) Range Nine (9), described as follows: beginning at a stone planted on west bank of a ravine that enters Walnut creek at a point on south line of said Skt of NW ¢ 524 rods west of south east corner of said tract, then west on said south line to southwest corner of said tract, then north on west line of said tract to northwest corner thereof, then east on the north line of said tract, B84 rods to a point 414 rods west of northeast corner of said tract, thence to beginning, containing 164 acres more or less. And praying other equitable relief, Now unless you appear thereto and defend on or before noon of the second day of the September term .\.
