Marteena has retired.A native of Richmond, Va., Mrs. Marteena received her undergraduate education at Hamp-Ion Institute and the master’s degree from the Library School at the University of Chicago. She has traveled extensively in this country and abroad, holds numerous professional memberships and has written extensively about library science.She is the wife of Jorald M Marteena, dean of the school ol engineering at N.C.A. i T. University here.
