Anderson, daughter of Mr; and Mrs. Edward A. Anderson of 54 Beal street,' and Robert W. Talcott, son of Mr. and Mrs. William T. Talcott of 90 Sagamore avenue, were married at the First Methodist Church last Friday evening. Dr. Laurence W. C. Emig performed the double-ring ceremony.The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white marquisette over satin period gown with a full train and a headpiece of illusion veiling. She carried a prayer book with a white orchid.Matron of honor, Mrs. Charles Doty, sister of the bride, wore an orchid marquisette gown and a picture hat. She carried yellow roses.Miss Clayre Reno and Mrs. Norman Crosby, bridesmaids, wore orchid gowns and picture hats and carried pink roses.William T. Talcott, Jr., brother of the groom, served as best man.The ushers were: Archer E. Anderson, head usher, brother of the bride; Morton Larsen; and Jack Talcott, brother of the groom.The groom’s mother wore, a beige fitted gown and a corsage of red roses.The bride’s grandmother, Mrs. Edwards of Worcester, wore aprint gown with navy blue accessories^ and an old-fashioned corsage. . .Visit HospitalDirectly after the ceremony, the bridal party visited the bride’s mother who was taken to the hospital a week ago Tuesday. A reception followed at the bride’s home.The bride wore' a going-away costume of a gray checked summer suit, complimented by white accessories and an orchid corsage The newlyweds made a weekend honeymoon trip to Manchester, N. H.The bride attended Winthrop schools and is employed as a local telephone operator. The grpom, a graduate of Winthrop schools, served three years with the Navy Air Corps in the Asiatic theatre and is employed by New England Dressed Meat Co.Mr. and Mrs. Talsott will make their home on Grovers avenue.Hadassah To Start Membership DriveThe annual membership drive of the Winthrop Chapter Hadassah will be held August 1-3. Mrs. Ralph Hankin is chairman of the drive assisted by Mrs. H. Gessman, Mrs. J. Sundeil and Mrs. H.
