The Dixie Highway magazine says Hillsboro, Ind., is the best paved little town on the Dixie Highway. The peo ple of Hillsboro are proud of the fact and are now engaged in putting in more paving. E. E. McKee, who has the contract for paving Park avenue started the job Monday with a large force of men and teams.
