W. F. Winecoff, one of Atlanta's prominent capitalists, has been elected to director of the’ Atlanta National ‘Bank to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Alfred Austell. Mr. Austell was elected at the last annual meeting, but recently resigned. Mr. Winecoff is president of the Central Realty Company and for several years has i prominently identified with Atlanta’s business and financial inter ests.
