NOTICK—CHATTEL MORTGAGESALE.Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a chattel mortgage dated Dec. 12th, 1887 madtf and executed by Thomas McLaughlin to First National Bank of In-dianola, Nebraska, to secure the payment of a certain promissory note for the sum of one hundred and forty-three and forty hundredths Dollars, made by the said , Thomas McLaughlin and bearing even date therewith; default having been made in the payment of said note, I will on the the 18th day of August, 18f£J at t o'clock P. M. in front of the Court Meuse in North Platte, Nebraska, ofTer at public sale to the highest bidder the following property described in said chattel mortgage, to-wit: Due Cream Colored Mare4 years old, f me Buckskin Mare - years old with colt by her side.
