Order «i Publication.STATE of misbour, I Cot*ntv ok Audrain. »In the Circuit Court, Oct. term, 1887. | Geo- Roberta on, plaintiff, vs.(t, G. Galloway, defendant Now, at this day, comes Said plaintiff by bis attorney, F. R. Jeese, before the undersigned clerk of the Circuit Court I of Audrain county, Missouri, in vacation of the court, and tiles his petition herein verified by attilavit, anti stating among other things that da* , fendant in this cause ia a non-resident of the btate of Missouri and cannot be i served with the ordinary process of this court. And there is also Med with said petition au affidavit in attachment stating that the defendant is not a resident of the State of Missouri, and that plaintiff has a just demand against defendant now past doe, after allowing all just credits and sct-offa id the sum of eighty dollars ($00).It is therefore ordered by the clerk aforesaid in vacation, that the defend-! ant be notified by publication of the commencement of this suit af^rinst him in the said Circuit Court of Audrain county, Missouri, and that the object and general nature of which U to ob- ] tain a judgment for ttie sum of eighty | dollars ($80;, a balance due, and that I defendant’s property, to-wit: Lot five f5)# block five (5 of the original town of Mexico, Missouri, baa been attached to satisfy the same, and that unless he be and appear at the term of this court to be begun and held at the city of Mexico of said county and State on the first Monday of Oct, next, and on or before the fitb day thereof answer the plain-tilFspetition, the same will be taken against the defendant as confessed and said property ordered sold to pay said debt.And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published according to law in the Mexico weekly “Ledger/' a new« paper printed and published tn said county. •?......• A true copy from the record; sral. : WUnest my band and seal of*......# the Circuit Court of the saidAndraiu county, ibis July 1st. 1867. y BEN C.
