A Fiend PoInohn Five Children.New Okleans, July 2G.Five children of Thomas Killcau, aged one, three, six, eight, and ten , years, were poisoued by a colored ser- | vant named Eliza Bartly. who pnfc rat poison in their soup yesterday. The j girl was arrested and coufessed the i crime. She says she put poison in the | soup to put the childreu sick, out of revenge, they having thrown rocks at her and called her nigger, and as Mre. Killean was about to discharge her. The little girl, aged three,, died yester^ day afternoon, hut it is hoped the oth-pr childreu will recover.
