€€99EraFlying Saucer May Be Back In U SWASHINGTON, Monday (A. A .P.).—The “flying saucer” era may have returned to the United States.At Yakima (Washington) yesterday, three men reported that on two occasions some hours apart they saw the “silvery moon-sized object,” which appeared to have flashing lights, floating low through air over the city.They claimed it could not have been a weather balloon.In Oregon (Por.land) a resident says he saw a “big round object,” which was going west when itsuddenly veered south-west in “an awful hurry.”Meanwhile, at Atlanta (Georgia), two pilots, who at the week-end, claimed they saw a huge flame shooting Speed Gordon type of Skypiaster while flying over Alabama, stoutly maintained to-day it was a “man-made gadget”Two other airline crews to report seeing “streaks of light” during Friday night—near Black-stone (Virginia^ and Washington (D.C.) respecti^ly.
