Bruce E. Bestwick, Jackson Center RD 1, was charged with criminal mischief after he and juvenile allegedly set fire to a tree in the yard of the residence of Judy Bones at the in tersection of Rt. 62 and S.R. 43028, in Jackson Center. The incident occurred about —_ a.m. Sunday, State Police said.
