Alcoholism treatment patients flee hospital during smoke-scareFiremen pumped smoke out of a basement storage room at Scenic General Hospital before noon today following the outbreak of a •moldering electrical fire.Persons attending the county alcoholism treatment center on the ground level evacuated the building for about 10 minutes.Chief Ron Smith said the fire source appeared to be a light ballast. The room is used for storage of medical ftcord archives.
