E. E. SPENCER, 68,PASSES AT THE HOME OF DAUGHTER, WEST MARIONEnes E. Spencer, aged 68, well-known resident of West Marion, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Tate McCurry, in West Marion Thursday morning. Funeral services were conducted at the Methodist church in Ashboro by the pastor Friday morning. Interment was in the church cemetery.Mi-. Spencer is survived by five daughters: Mrs. Carl Early. Mrs.Berta Norton, Mrs. Joe Steppe. Mrs. Ray Talley, and Mrs. Tate McCurry. all of Marion; six sisters; Mrs. T.F. Bruton, of Raleigh, Mrs. R. J. Harris, of Little Rock, S. C.. Mrs. James F. Rush. Euclore, Kansas; Mrs. T. L. Biles, of Ashboro, Mrs. Ashworth Macon, High Point, and Mrs. R. F. Lassiter, of Hampton. V. II.; and two brothers T. R. and R k. S; oncer, of Karthridge.
