In favor of John Foulkee, and against Joseph C. Kelley. Mali nda Kelley, Jacob Siegrlst, John S. Beach Joseph Gilbert and Edward Gilbert, co-executors of the estate of Curtis Gilbert, deceased, Theodore Hudnut, Ellis O Whiteman, Edwin Seldom ridge, trustee of Joseph C.
