C Weather/City and state lifeguards made an unusual “rescue” Monday when a sailboat returning to Dana Point Harbor reported its dinghy missing. Lifeguard Brian Leishman said city lifeguards located it off Capistrano Shores, and with help from the lifeguard boat the dinghy was safely put ashore.WEATHER: Morning clouds, then mostly sunny today with beach highs around 72 degrees (88 inland).
