The Crusader Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol and General Aviation Office, co sponsored by Coker Avia tion, is holding a flight safety clinic Aug. 2-3 at the Grand Prairie Municipal Airport. Ground school classes Saturday, Aug. 2, will be from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and checkrides will be from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sun day, Aug. 3, checkrides will be from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clinic is open to all civilian aviators as an op portunity to recertify for the bi-annual checkride.
