Placed on a verdant wooded tract the hospital has become a mecca for the sick and wounded throughout the Alton area.Unquestionably the many persons who traverse tin* quiet, spacious circular driveway that makesit erratic ascending to the Colon* !fial styled hospital, gives littlejt heed to the hearts and minds that made this shelter for the stricken possible. There is one who stands out above all the citizens of this community for her magnanimity and unstinted generosity.
