DEATH OK MkS J J WHITEHEAD.One cf the saddest deaths ti at has ever occurred in this city was that on jThursday morning at 10 o'clock of jMrs J, J. Whitehead at her residence. c 18 S; uth St, Andrews stref t. She rt ( tired as usual and in splendid spirit* on r Wednesday evening, and about I j o’clock in the night her husband was r awakened to find that she was having c convulsions, and which she continued |; to have until relieved by death at the ^ hour above named. Besides a de tl voted husband she leaves a father, s| several brothers, sisters, relatives and c friends, whc are numbered by her ac fc qualntances, to mourn her untimely de hmise, and this passing under (he rod 7comes as heavily as falls, it does seem bto the lot of mankind. She was a smember of the Methodist church, and *at all times she *-xaltingly carried inevery act of her sweet life the impresof her Lord and Master.
