DRESDEN SENSATION.Big Damages Asked by John Hornurtg From Charles Schumacher.Dresden has a sensation growing out of the erection of the rolling mill at that place. It has been brewing for some time, and reached the interesting point when John Hornung brought suit against Charles Schumacher for 810,000.The petition recites that the plaintiff as trustee entered into an agreement with Harry Ashton and others to build the mill for a bonus of 520.000 and other consideration. The money was raised by buying land,laying it cut-in town lots and selling them to subscribers. An. advisory board acted under orders from the general board, and the trustee held the lots in trust and complied with other specified con ditions.riornung says he was duly elected trustee, and carried out the provisions, never appropriating money to his own use. lie claims the defendant spoke slanderously of him, reilectii gon his honesty, and injured him in the amount named.asT
