I?ORDINANCE No. 2.An ordinance to build and repair side - walks in tbe Town of Rockport, Spencer county, Indiana, as therein specified, to be built and repaired in conformity thereto.Section 1. Be it Ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Rockport, Spencer county, Indiana; That public convenience requires that the sidewalks in said town hereinafter set out shall be paved, planked or put in repair.Section 2. It is therefore ordained by the Board of T tub tees of said Town, that-the owners of lots, parts of lots and tracts of land, in said town, hereinafter mentioned, shall build, construct, or repair in front along their said lots and parts of lots or tracts of land sidewalks in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.1.
