A new Carroll County 4-H Fair queen will be crowned Sunday evening with the queen and her court reigning over the week of activities at the annual 4-H fair. Twenty-one contestants will vie for the title at 7 p.m. Sunday in the 4-H Show Arena, Flora. Contestants are: Marla Archer, 16, Rt. 4, Delphi, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Archer, sponsored by Madison Township 4-H Club. Wendy Bailey, 17, Rt. 4, Delphi, daughter of Dora-Lee Bailey, sponsored by Shiloh Drive Inc. Suzi Bartlow, 18, Delphi, daughter of Dirk Bartlow and Margaret Bartlow, sponsored by Sullivan Funeral Home. Stacy Bradshaw,17, Delphi, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Bradshaw, sponsored by Val Com, Inc. of Delphi.
