LEO E. VRANA OF WACO, ha* been commissioned a second Lt. in the United States Air Force upon graduation from Officer Training School here. Lieutenant Vrana was selected for Cie training course through competitive examinations wiCi other college graduates. He received his B.A. degree from Baylor University prior to entering the Air Force in March. The lieutenant, who is being reassigned to Norton AFB, Calif., is a member of Alpha Epsilon Rho. A graduate of West (Tex.) High School, he is the son Mr. and Mrs. Jim F. Vrana of 3610 Harrison, Waco.Recruting Champ
